Prosphora bread bag made of a 55% linen/45% cotton fabric. Use it to cover bread dough when it is rising, proofing, and resting. When prosphora is done baking, put the loaf into the bag and hang on a cupboard doorknob. This lets the loaf cool without taking up your counter space on cooling racks, losing its moisture, or getting dust or germs on it. Use the bag to bring the prosphora to church, whether the bread is frozen in a ziplock bag or fresh. Write your name in the space provided inside the bag so the clergy know who to return the bag to.
- 16” wide

Bread pan depicted is 9" round; baked prosphora shown (hanging in the bag and in the pan) is 9" in diameter and about 3" tall, but the bag will fit a larger loaf.
